Why do we see vulnerability as a weakness, when it may be our greatest gift?

Adults hide behind masks, concealing what they really feel, while children, taking their first steps in the world, stay sincere and open.

Devil in Disguise is an invitation to think: who are we, really, once the mask comes off? The devil under the mask stands for the fears we hide, yet often it is in this very vulnerability that our true strength lies. Let us remember that the openness of children is not just a wish but the courage to be yourself, despite a world that makes us hide.

Might the path to sincerity and freedom lie in admitting our own vulnerability? And was the devil always a devil?
